We provide shipping services to mainstream regions around the world. Standard shipping takes 7–15 business days, and expedited shipping takes 3–7 business days. The specific delivery time depends on the destination country/region, logistics efficiency, and customs clearance progress. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs inspection, force majeure, and other uncontrollable factors.
5.3 Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated automatically according to the product quantity, weight, and delivery address, and will be displayed clearly on the order settlement page before payment. We will launch free shipping activities from time to time, and the free shipping rules shall be subject to the latest store activity regulations.
5.4 Order Tracking
After the order is shipped, we will send a logistics tracking number to your reserved email. You can check the real-time logistics status through the tracking number. If the logistics information is not updated for a long time, you can contact our customer service for assistance.
5.5 Customs & Tariffs
For international orders, local import tariffs, taxes, and handling fees (if any) shall be borne by the customer. We do not bear any extra costs generated by customs clearance.
